Workout Nutrition

Your Training Is Only as Good as the Fuel Behind It. Here's How I Think About It.

A lot of people put a huge amount of effort into their training and then give almost no thought to what they eat around it. That's a missed opportunity. What you eat before, during, and after a workout has a real impact on your energy, your performance, and how quickly you recover.

That said, workout nutrition doesn't need to be complicated. For most people, getting your overall daily nutrition right is the foundation everything else is built on. Once that's in place, the timing around your workouts becomes a useful layer on top, not a source of stress.

About Me

I'm Marco Asnicar, personal trainer, nutrition coach and founder of Vitality Marco. I didn't discover the Mediterranean method. I grew up living it, shaped by Italian roots, real food and movement as a natural part of daily life. I coach men and women aged 35 to 55 to do the same. No restriction. No fads. No giving up the life you love. Just a way of eating and living that genuinely feels good and gets better every year.
