I'm in my 50s. I'm leaner and stronger than I was at 30. I train three to four times a week, average over 14,000 steps a day and recover well. I take no pharmaceuticals and I haven't spent a day in hospital.
That's not genetics. That's exercise for longevity, practised consistently and genuinely enjoyed over decades.
